What kind of media do I like?

Hi everyone, my name is Emma Urbaneja. I'm in 7th period Aice Media studies AS. And I like dogs, specifically my blonde dog Vanessa.

My favorite way to consume media is by scrolling through Instagram reels or watching Youtube videos, as well as listening to podcasts and listening to music on Youtube music. I also enjoy listening to music on Youtube music as well as podcasts and audiobooks on Spotify. Lastly I watch most of shows on Netflix and Disney Plus, I really enjoy mystery and action shows,

I also enjoy Youtube videos mainly for the 3 channels I am interested in keeping up to date on and sometimes scrolling on Youtube shorts. I enjoy the contrast of videos Youtube has, and that you can almost find out about anything on the app. Furthermore, Spotify podcasts and audiobooks allow me to listen to discussion and stories doing chores and menial tasks. Additionally, I enjoy Netflix and Disney Plus for my film consumption. Netflix is my favorite it because it has no ads and is very accurate with my taste of films when showing recommendations, and Disney Plus is my second due to the wide range of content from other streaming services incapsulated in it.

I acquire information mainly through Instagram on events happening at school in the community, and on people's lives. I also look on google for various pieces of information for school, or my own interests. I don't really look on news websites unless needed for a class, but I usually use NBC news.

I prefer to use Instagram because that I enjoy the way you can look at posts similar to Facebook but have better more relevant reels to enjoy. Also almost everyone I know is on this app and posts important information when needed, as well as making it easy to find who has recently posted on their story. Google is a world wide app that you can look anything on, and is easy to access with almost all devices having google pre installed. The easy ai search also makes it much easier to find the best websites for my research, and quick simple answers to any random question I have. NBC news is used purely because it is the first thing that comes up on google when I search for news, no preference at all.
